Critical Component on Recovery Journey

Joseph House gave me a place to live when I was homeless. The organization also gave me an opportunity to achieve the sobriety that I knew I needed and wanted. I have benefited from the group sessions and activities, especially Moral Reconation Therapy (MRT). In addition, the 12-step sobriety programs have offered me great insight and encouraged me to reflect within myself. I was held accountable and given the time and support to get where I am now. The veteran comradery has been a critical component in my recovery journey, and I have gained fellowship within the community. -Wesley S.
