Save the date for our annual golf outing. This year’s fundraiser will take place at 8:00 a.m. Friday, June 28, 2024 at Fairfield Greens South Trace located at 2200 John Gray Road Fairfield, OH 45014

The annual golf outing is our largest fundraiser as we work to help our veterans suffering from addiction make positive changes in their lives. Together we raised more than $30,000 during the 2023 event; a record-setting year.

Your support plays a meaningful role in giving our clients the tools they need to get their lives back on track.

Sponsorship opportunities are currently available:

Signature Sponsor – $5,000
Includes a foursome, recognition on the registration brochure, website and priority placement on event banner.

Medal of Honor Sponsor – $2,500
Includes a foursome, recognition on the registration brochure, website and event banner.

Silver Star Sponsor – $1,000
Includes a foursome and recognition on the website and event banner.

Bronze Star Sponsor – $500
Includes a foursome and recognition on the website and event banner.

Purple Heart Hole Sponsor – $250
Includes recognition on the website and hole signage

Friend of Joseph House Sponsor – $100
