We celebrate the incredible journey of Ray R., a Navy hero who served during Operation Enduring Freedom – the first phase of the War in Afghanistan and the Global War on Terrorism.
We now have a new 14-passenger van with a lift gate so we can take our electric chairs or scooters with us on outings.
The camaraderie amongst my fellow veterans here at Joseph House has proven to be extremely beneficial to me on my journey. That, coupled with the well-qualified staff, have made the road to recovery seem more achievable than I could have ever imagined.
Joseph House has helped me in so many ways – from restoring my confidence so I can do positive things to helping me repair broken relationships with my children and other people I love.
As Joseph House prepares to relocate to a new facility in Camp Washington, the organization can offer recovery to help many more vets recover what they have lost and what me and so many before me have found.
